Highly recommended, we would definitely book again. Only one parking spot, which means other cars need to find street parkimg, but that wasn't too hard, just had to park a couple of blocks away. Great setup for a family! Thanks for contributing to a lovely vacation!!!

The host was very responsive, full of information and attentive to questions asked. The property was clean, comfortable and accommodating- in a great location easy to access various interstates to get to the airport, MCRD, the ocean and local eating establishments. AND incredibly affordable.

Great location. It was clean and pretty much as described but missing some basic amenities such as adequate coffee cups and teaspoons, frying pan. The photos are not up to date.

We loved this cute cottage! It is centrally located and served our family well! The kitchen was not super stocked, but we made it work! It is a quaint cottage and we loved it! Thank you!

Great location to hit all the tourist spots. The house fit our family perfect. Beds were comfortable, always had hot water when we needed it. The kitchen is small, but has all the things you need. They could use an actual frying pan though and salt. We were really happy with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and comfortable beds for everyone. Nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Relatively close to many attractions & freeway access. Off street parking was a bonus and one of the reasons we chose this location. Expectations for checkout were minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. We would stay here again.

The host was great and answered our promptly but the property was not up to standards in some ways. Kitchen needs updating with newer cookware, etc. only 2 cups in the cupboards which were lined with unclean paper towels. Bedrooms and newer bathroom were good but bathtub enclosure in second one needs work. Washing machine and dryer worked well and are newer. Outside seating area needs an umbrella and bbqs were extremely dirty and unusable.
