This penthouse apartment was newly completed at the end of 2024 and offers light-filled rooms, generous living space, and your very own personal wellness area. Perfect for couples or families with children.

The open-concept living area combines sunny colors with modern materials. Large windows create brightness and a sense of space, while the stylish furnishings invite you to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and coffee maker, turns cooking into a relaxing vacation experience. The highlight is the large rooftop terrace with a view of the sea—your spot for breakfast in the fresh air or cozy evenings under the open sky.

**Sleeping**
The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed, TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and blackout curtains. Calm color tones create a cozy atmosphere and ensure a restful night’s sleep. The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa that can accommodate two additional children upon request.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
Your private sauna and the spacious, walk-in shower turn the bathroom into your very own personal oasis of well-being. Whether after a day at the beach or just to unwind—this is the perfect place to relax and find peace. Natural light, soft lighting, and modern design complete the spa-like atmosphere.

Upon request, the apartment is also suitable for families with children. The spacious rooftop terrace offers a quiet retreat and room to play, while the sleeper sofa in the living area provides two additional sleeping spots. A crib and high chair can be provided.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can optionally add them during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, a private parking space, and a lockable bike storage room with charging stations for e-bikes. An elevator provides convenient access to the apartment. Check-in is contactless via a key safe—flexible and secure.

**Location & Surroundings**
The apartment is located in Marienleuchte on Fehmarn, just 100 m from the beach and situated between two lighthouses. Attractions such as Burgstaaken Harbor, the town of Burg, and the Fehmarn Marine Center are all easily accessible. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy views of the Baltic Sea and, on a clear day, all the way to the Danish coast.
