The beach is about 900 m away on foot or a 1-minute drive, with parking areas available. The studio sits on a 2,000 m² plot, next to the main house where the owners live, but it is fully independent. The 22 m² property features a combined living/sleeping area and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, and cutlery (no kitchen or washing machine). Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. You will also find a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fan, Wi-Fi, and TV. Air conditioning is not available.

Located just 1 km from the sea, you can easily reach it on foot or by car.
