The home has been renovated and serves as the owners’ second home, so it is equipped with every modern convenience.

The community features a swimming pool, green spaces, and private parking.

It is located in a residential area that offers great tranquility, with very few homes and the security provided by a gated community.

Located in Novo Sancti Petri, next to several golf courses, an equestrian club, and a tennis and padel school.
