About this property

3 bedroom, two baths, in-town location only 150 yards to the lifts

Directly across from the ski lift and ticket window for easy access to skiing and amazing in-town location for festivals!

Reserved parking in the garage and 3 entrances into the condo for easy access. The condo has two master bedrooms on the first level, one with a steam shower and private foyer with fridge, microwave and bar sink in addition to the full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other, a queen with a writing desk. The loft has a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle for the kids or the extra people in your group. The living room has a comfort sleeper sofa which unfolds into a high-end, king bed. The condo has mountain views, TV's in the bedrooms and the living room all with Roku devices and Netflix, Max included. The local grocery store, Clark's Market is 100 yards to the north and the lift ticket office and ski lift are 100 yards to the south. Hiking trails and river trail are right out the door and Lulu is one of the only condo with a year round outdoor swimming pool, and also has a hot tub, BBQ and more. Quiet and private, this is a nice, livable home.

There is a bus that stops right next to the condo for a 2 min. ride to Main Street shopping and the FREE gondola or walk 5 mins to downtown Telluride for shops, restaurants and nightlife. The bus also stops at Town Park which is 5 mins away and where the festivals take place.

Great stay in town

We booked Neal's place for the Telluride Bluegrass festival and it worked out great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the festival and in a good location. The place was as advertised and accommodated our party of 10. Guest parking instructions were a bit confusing but worked out okay for us.

WOW! The views from this condo are beautiful complete with a walking trail along the river right outside the building. The parking spot is perfect,literally straight into the parking garage.We had plenty of room to spread out and then gather together for movie nights and popcorn ( which our host provided) thank you. Clark’s market is just around the corner and gourmet. BONUS: our pup got to come on mini peak foliage vacay with us!We WILL be back .

The location of the facility was great and had all the necessary item needed. Neal was very communicative but note, there is a no-cancellation policy.

Guest asked to cancel the day before his arrival and I mentioned that we don’t offer refunds for cancellations that close to arrival. He showed up anyway so I guess he didn’t have a family emergency.

We love Telluride and were rewarded this trip with a powder day that really improved conditions during a tough season. We enjoyed our time In Telluride and were satisfied with the condo. The owners responded quickly to our questions though we received conflicting info about the hot tub and pool which were major reasons we selected this unit, and ended up being fine The towels and linens were great. The third/loft bedroom with 4 beds felt hot and amplified conversations from the living room below. The condo needs some TLC. The sleeper couch looked and felt tired itself. No bar height seating for the raised counter, and the dining room table was crowded into its space. One shower was plumbed backwards with cold where hot should be. Vanity drawers were broken. Some light switches or fixtures didn’t work. The kitchen coffee maker didn’t auto-shutoff. It was initially tricky to find our way into the condo. Our best advice is to turn at the Lulu City Condominiums sign

Great location.

Condo is undergoing a remodel and will be great when finished. Some nice features already. We enjoyed the steam shower. The host was very responsive when contacted about a couple of issues with pool access, door and lockers codes and extra towels.

Easy access to the lift and grocery store and Main St. Room to spread out. Cold and hot water are backwards which took a bit to figure out. Some really nice updates, some things that could use some attention. Accommodated our group well.

Bargain for Telluride

Pillows, mattress and sheets lack comfortability, but when you consider location and amenities, I can’t complain too much. Very quite and convenient location in between the shuttle route. I would still stay here again :)

Fantastic little spot close to town. Easy, 5-8 min walk into town. Near gondola station. Near river trail. Near local grocery/market. The steam shower was a nice, unexpected (maybe I missed that detail), amenity.

Convenient location

Great location! And easy to communicate with owner - thank you! Be sure to bring your own hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash as there is none provided. I’m not sure the unit was cleaned before we got there :( and I would recommend only sleeping in the beds provided as the living room space is not very functional. But very convenient walk to lift 7 and the hot tub was enjoyable!

Great Getaway place

Stayed here for a long weekend to see old friends and get in some spring skiing. The building is a bit of a maze but the unit itself is perfect. Very reasonably priced and was easy to access. We had everything we needed and were close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was nice having two private bedrooms as well as open bed-space near the living area for the early risers. Overall, an excellent deal.

Great spot for one night

On our way back home we did a quick one night stop in Telluride. Location made it easy for us to walk to the restaurant and gondola. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not available to use since they are under maintenance or construction. This was noted in specs of the unit. Easy check in and check out!

Needs some effort put into fixing

This unit had been very used. Lots of broken items and not working outlets. Just a little effort and money put into this unit would make it better. Simple things like, replace broken kitchen trash can or put hand soap in the bathrooms.

We just spent $40k with new hardwood floors, new appliances, new wall covering annd insulation and new granite counters. We’ll try and overcome the shortcomings of housekeeping to figure out how to correct these elements you just mentioned. We bed had this fie 20 years so we’re not immune to the local issues we have to deal with to keep this affordable

We've lived here since 1995 and own the Elinoff Gallery and the Alpinist & the Goat restaurant and grille. We've used this condo through the years for employees, friends and such. We sometimes show this listing as just the lock-off, and sometimes we show/rent the entire condo as a 3 bedroom. Just depends. We've recently re-listed it as a family condo starting February, 2024.

Why they chose this property

In town location, less than a block to the lift ticket windows and ski lifts. Ski down at the end of the day and you're 1 min to home. During the summer, the hiking biking trails are right out the door. Recently updated with sound insulation, new washer/dryer and nicely furnished.

What makes this property unique

Pool, hot tub and grill in the common area and the most ample square footage in an affordable and lovely home.
