Welcome to our modern, high-end 70 m² vacation apartment in a stunning location overlooking the Danube. Look forward to a bright, open-concept layout featuring a new bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a cozy living room. Relax in the fitness room with an infrared sauna. A terrace, Wi-Fi, a charging station for electric cars, and electric outdoor blinds round out the amenities. Our vacation apartment is located in the quiet Grubweg neighborhood of Passau, idyllically situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. Shopping and public transportation are just a few minutes’ walk away. Right outside the door, bike paths and hiking trails invite you to enjoy active recreation. Passau’s historic old town, the Raßbach Golf Club, and a natural outdoor swimming pool are just 5 km away. Bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer are, of course, provided. The deposit is 50% of the total cost of your stay. Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.
