Your Apartment Anni is idyllically located on the outskirts of a village in the Fichtelgebirge and offers a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. From here, you can set out directly on a mountain bike or explore the surrounding hiking trails. The spacious south-facing balcony, complete with lounge chairs, invites you to relax and daydream while you enjoy the view of the beautiful garden and the sweeping valley. The apartment is ideal for couples, friends, and families who want to spend time together far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Cosy evenings in front of the tiled stove or balmy summer nights on the balcony with fantastic sunsets will make your stay unforgettable. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (including fresh linens and towels), a living area with two sleeper sofas and a smart TV, a small kitchen-living area, and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Underfloor heating ensures a cosy atmosphere, and high-speed Wi-Fi is also available. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due one day before arrival (via bank transfer). Dogs are also welcome here—for a fee of 20 EUR per stay, with a maximum of two dogs. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and midnight; check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Individual check-in and check-out times can be arranged upon request. Keys are handed over in person or via a key box (you’ll receive the code well in advance of your arrival). A security deposit of 150 EUR is due by the day of arrival, along with the remaining balance. This deposit will be refunded within one week of departure, provided the check-out rules are followed and the apartment is handed over in good condition. Additional fees: Use of the washing machine and dryer: 3 EUR each; one basket of firewood for the tiled stove: 10 EUR. On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the apartment swept clean, remove the bed linens, return the dishes washed, and dispose of the trash separately in the bins in the entrance area.
