The living area with flat screen TV and a spacious south-facing balcony offers a wonderful mountain view and lots of sunlight. Open to the living room with a fireplace there is the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Please note that you must organise your own wood for the fireplace.

3 rooms offer comfortable space for up to 6 Pax, whereby one room has a double bed and the other two rooms have single beds, which can also be pushed together. The apartment on the 1st floor has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bath tub.

In the basement of the house is a private washing room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a general room for ski storage. In addition, the property has a sauna room in the neighboring house. Please kindly note, that the apartment includes just 1 parking spot. ( Height 2.05m). Any additional cars have to be parked at the public parking facilities in Flims.
