Parking spaces are located on the property, and bicycle storage, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers, are available in the basement of the new Elbflorenz villa. In addition, a private sauna (also in the basement of the new building), featuring a waterfall shower and a cosy relaxation room with background music of your choice, invites you to unwind. Two balconies, both accessible from the living room and facing south and southeast, invite you to enjoy relaxing hours in the sun and outdoor meals. The cosy dining area is located in the entryway. Also integrated into the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, etc. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. An additional TV is available for guests. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, a sink, and plenty of storage space. The separate toilet is located right next to the bathroom. The balconies can be accessed from both the bedroom and the bathroom. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. In the basement, you’ll find a bike storage room, a coin-operated washing machine, and a coin-operated dryer. Pets are allowed in this apartment.
