The Kleine Seehof, built in 1895, is one of the most charming historic buildings in the lakeside resort. It has been completely renovated in accordance with historic preservation regulations and now charmingly combines traditional architecture with modern living comfort.

Guests have access to a sauna, outdoor furniture, and a covered area for bicycles. There is also a parking space in the underground garage. The Seehof is located directly on the beach promenade—central yet quiet. From here, you can easily explore the island on foot or by bike. The beach is just a 30-second walk away.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage’s parking system, suitable for cars with a maximum height of 1.50 m and a length of up to 5.00 m.

We’re renovating for you: The sauna area will be renovated from March 2, 2026, through the end of May 2026 (estimated). During this time, the sauna will be unavailable and will be closed accordingly.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
