Apartment '5' with Private Terrace and Shared Garden
Apartment 5 is also located in the right wing. The fully renovated, historic estate once housed horse stables. A double step at the entrance leads you into the approx. 40 m² living kitchen. The living area includes a seating group, TV, wardrobe, and dining table, with the kitchen integrated. Solid wood floors and renovation in line with the building’s history create a cozy, unique atmosphere.
A final cleaning fee applies and is charged separately. Please contact the host via the booking platform for details.
From July 2026, the municipality of Neuried will charge a bed tax for guests over 16 years, payable on site for an extra fee.
