The apartment has two large balconies with panoramic lake and mountain views.
The house is situated slightly higher up in the small village of Santa Maria Rezzonico, surrounded by small houses and Italian neighbors, so that you can experience typical Italian life up close.
Smaller stores, bars and restaurants are located within a radius of 1 km and the lake is in the immediate vicinity.

The light-flooded Paradiso vacation apartment is accessed via the staircase on the mountain side and boasts a generous amount of space and a fantastic view of Lake Como.
The open-plan living area with a large fitted kitchen and two comfortable sofa beds leads directly onto a furnished balcony - ideal for shared meals with a wonderful lake view.
The spacious bedroom with a double bed also offers access to a balcony with a view of the lake, while the second bedroom with two single beds receives plenty of natural light through a large window.
The daylight-bright bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
The Paradiso apartment is decorated in traditional Lombard style: tiled floors and numerous wooden elements create a warm atmosphere and exude an authentic Italian lifestyle.

There is parking on the fenced property with a large gate in front of and next to the house.

There you will find small, charming bathing spots and pebble beaches that are ideal for sunbathing and swimming. Some of the most popular spots are the small bathing bays along the shore, which are often used by locals. There are also opportunities to swim in the lake or hire a boat to explore the surrounding area.
