Live like a local: The penthouse is located in a former hotel complex, now inhabited by locals and residents – far from mass tourism and close to the authentic island feeling. Supermarket, bakery, and one of the area's most beautiful sandy beaches, Playa Bastián, are just a few minutes' walk away.



Pleasure & accessibility: Enjoy the variety of nearby restaurants and bars or explore Lanzarote by car – free parking right at the house, the motorway is two minutes away. The airport is only 14 km away.
