From here, you enter the central living area, which combines the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the cozy living area, you’ll find a dining table, a sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 1.40 m x 2 m) with a comfortable mattress, and satellite TV. A small wood-burning stove and a selection of books create a cozy atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after an outing.Adjacent to this is the bedroom, featuring a large, comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2 m, with an open footboard), a coat rack, and a closet. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the modern bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, sink, and a spacious, walk-in shower. From the living room, you can look out onto the front yard, where your own seating area with a table and two chairs awaits you. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast here in the sunshine or balmy summer evenings with a view of the tastefully landscaped courtyard and garden area, which was designed with great attention to detail. A crib can be provided free of charge upon advance request. Two pets are allowed upon request, for a fee of 8 EUR per pet per night.
