Duplex of the House Known as the Princes of Monaco
Chic and comfort await you in this duplex located in an iconic house of Vic, the House known as the Princes of Monaco, classified as a historical monument, right in the historic center of the town. This 15th-century house, with its stairway turret that has preserved its entrance door and two windows, allows you to access the first level of the apartment. There, you will find an entrance and a living room decorated with wood paneling, using traditional 17th-century decorative elements. A comfortable wooden staircase leads you upstairs, where you will find a spacious and bright bedroom, a shower room and separate toilets, as well as a fireplace.
As for history, the Grimaldi family owned it from 1641, when Honoré de Grimaldi placed himself under the protection of France and received the Carladès from Louis XIII (Treaty of Néronne). Only Prince Louis I stayed there, in September 1668.
For your convenience, you can leave your skis on the ground floor of the tower, and access to the ski resort is possible by train or by the snow bus.
Heating is available for a daily supplement.
