Quietly situated in the sought-after island village of Wrixum, just off Wyk, our holiday home “Lütten Bratappel” is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. This charming Frisian semi-detached house, along with three other identical houses, sits on a very spacious lot with sweeping views of fields and meadows.

Upon entering the house, you’ll be surprised by the bright, airy rooms. High-quality materials and first-class custom woodwork create an environment that embodies modern luxury while offering an exclusive, cosy atmosphere in every season.

On the ground floor, in addition to the open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining room, there is also a newly renovated shower room. The upper floor features three bedrooms—two furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. All the furniture was crafted by a local island carpenter with the finest craftsmanship. There is also a bathroom with a tub on the upper floor.

The harmonious colour scheme of the house ensures that the island vibe never fades, even in bad weather. Character and cosiness define the style of the house, where you can relax wonderfully in front of the wood-burning stove even on cooler days. The sun terrace offers sunshine all day long and an unobstructed, sweeping view of fields and meadows. Nearby bike paths lead you in the most idyllic way to the popular neighbouring town of Nieblum or to the centre of Wyk.

Passing the airfield and golf course, a breathtaking view opens up that will take your breath away! The unobstructed view of the mudflats and the sea, stretching to the adjacent Halligen islands off Föhr.
