The apartment includes a cot and high chair for families with small children, as well as two private terraces.



You can enjoy the private terraces, both covered and uncovered, with sea views. The upper terrace, 50 m², features a dining area, barbecue, and relaxation space. You will have access to a private outdoor pool and a shared children's pool, both available from May to October, from 10:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Please respect the quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:00. An outdoor shower is available for your convenience.



Pets are allowed in this property. Events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided for your use.



The apartment is located in a quiet area with recent buildings, just 100 meters from the beach and 200 meters from Benajarafe beach. You can walk or cycle to local services and restaurants. Street parking is usually not a problem and is free. Public transport is nearby and the location is well connected by highway, only 20 minutes from Málaga and close to Vélez-Málaga. You can enjoy local cuisine and explore the surroundings, leaving your car parked and walking to the necessary services.
