The property provides direct access, via the porch, to a landscaped garden shared with other guests. The interior is on one level, with no steps, making it easy to move around the house and from the entrance. Private amenities at your disposal include Wi-Fi, a fan, a baby bed, a high chair, breakfast included, as well as a dedicated workspace.

The Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site, allows you to discover preserved wildlife and flora. The city of Tours, crossed by the Loire, offers you a rich historical heritage, regional specialties, and vibrant cultural life. Hearty breakfasts are served in the dining room or in the garden. You can also enjoy, as an option, the table d’hôtes available in the evening by reservation, with seasonal regional products, for an additional fee.
