The apartment, suitable for 4 guests, is located in one of Naples’ most beautiful areas: Via Santa Lucia, just steps from the sea and close to many of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Within minutes on foot, you can reach the Caracciolo seafront, the striking Castel dell’Ovo, and the picturesque Borgo Marinaro with its waterfront restaurants. A five-minute walk takes you to Piazza del Plebiscito and the prestigious Teatro San Carlo, while just beyond begins Via Roma (Via Toledo), the famous street for shopping and strolling. Molo Beverello can also be reached in about fifteen minutes.



The home is spacious and bright, featuring two bathrooms (one on the mezzanine) and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are designed for comfort and convenience, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi available.



The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine. The ceiling height in this room is about 1.70 m, making the space comfortable and livable.



A special feature is the eco-friendly water dispenser, which eliminates the need for plastic bottles and makes your stay more sustainable.
