Appartement panoramique élégant et lumineux, situé au 4ème étage d'un immeuble du centre historique datant du 17ème siècle, entièrement rénové et équipé d'un ascenseur, composé de: salon en mezzanine avec canapé-lit facile à ouvrir et très confortable, couloir, chambre avec lit chambre double, salle de bain avec douche, cuisine entièrement équipée avec vue sur la mer et terrasse ultra-panoramique sur Naples de 80 mètres carrés équipés et équipés de tout le confort (barbecue, lits, table en fer forgé et carreaux Vietri, chaises en fer, douche, etc.) L'appartement est au cœur de l'ancien centre de Naples en plein ZTL à deux pas des principaux monuments et zones d'intérêt de la ville: Museo Madre à 50 mètres, Cathédrale et musée annexé du trésor de San Gennaro à 100 mètres, Musée diocésain et Curie archiépiscopale À 40 mètres, près du complexe Gerolamini et du musée national. Le long de la Via Duomo à proximité, vous pouvez rejoindre le Decumani et San Gregorio Armeno (la célèbre rue des crèches et des bergers) et les pizzerias les plus anciennes et les plus renommées de la ville.
L'appartement est facilement accessible depuis la gare centrale de Piazza Garibaldi (également à pied) et depuis l'aéroport et est très proche des stations de métro de Piazza Cavour et du musée. L'arrêt de bus touristique de Naples est sous le bâtiment !!!!.
Dans l'appartement il y a une connexion Internet illimitée via un routeur Wi-Fi portable. Il y a aussi un lave-linge séchant et un lave-vaisselle de dernière génération.

Lovely apartment, exactly as pictured. Perfect size for two. The roof terrace, was the ideal place to unwind with a glass of wine before going to dinner in one of the many restaurants. Naples is easy to explore on foot, also the apartment is very close to the station for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum. Claudia is the perfect host she was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us lots of information to help us enjoy our stay. She also also messaged us regularly to make sure all was ok.Nothing seemed any trouble to her.Thank you Claudia for your kindness it was lovely to meet you and if we visit Naples again we will certainly be in touch. The pictures say it all ...

A very comfortable and well situated apartment on the top floor of a building with an elevator that was quite well appointed. It was located on a quiet alleyway street at the edge of the historic center. Claudia was a welcoming and excellent host who provided many recommendations and checked in with me periodically to see if I needed anything. The rooftop deck was sensational. My only caution is to anyone with mobility issues, the spiral staircase to the deck is steep and requires concentration, which was not an issue for me. Grazie mille.

A wonderful apartment in Naples

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful penthouse. After a short walk from the train station, we arrived at the apartment with the best view of Napoli. The comfortable apartment is removed from the main streets of the city making it a quieter location. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The two best features of the apartment are the easy correspondence with Claudia, the property manager/owner, and the lovely private terrace on the roof of the building. The views are amazing! How to see Naples!

This apartment was the ideal place to spend a week to get to know Naples. The location is perfect being in Centro, near the Archeological Museum, and near the Metro - and the neighborhood is quiet! And the apartment was perfecto and we enjoyed the roof top terrace everyday. Claudia was incredibly helpful and thoughtful during our stay and made sure that everything was in order.

Beautiful apartment in Naples

We spent two nights here in a beautiful apartment in a slightly less touristy area of Naples. The apartment was first class. Communication and introduction from Claudia were wonderful. The place was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The terrace overlooking Naples was incredible as advertised. The area appeared to be mostly locals and many restaurants closed in the late afternoon so be prepared to eat earlier. And oh yes the Pizza place around the corner that Claudia recommended was the finest. Get the Caprese salad.

Claudia is very helpful and her communication is outstanding. The apartment is lovely and has everything you could need. There are fantastic views from every window. The icing on top of the cake is the roof top terrace! Amazing views of Naples including Mount Vesuvius. Whether it be day or night, the views are outstanding.

Claudia was a great host and the property was as described. The rooftop terrace is fantastic and the views of Naples were great. The neighborhood is a little rough to look at. But, we walked everywhere during the day and never did feel unsafe.

Fantastic Base From Which to Explore Naples

This is an excellent oasis in the middle of the hub-bub of Naples -- close to everything but peaceful and quiet -- and the roof-top terrace is stunning with its 360-degree view of the city, sea, and Mt. Vesuvius. Claudia was there to meet us even though our plane was late and we arrived at about 9:30 p.m. The apartment is outfitted with everything you would need if you chose to prepare a meal, but why would you do that when you are in the pizza capital of the world? The apartment is clean and well-maintained. The bed is very comfortable. We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed every minute. We would highly recommend this apartment! While you can walk everywhere, it is also close to a metro station. Don't be timid about using the metro -- it is clean, safe, and easy to figure out! Great way to move from one end of the city to the other. We will return to Naples and hope to stay again in this wonderful apartment. And thank you, Claudia, for speaking Italian with me!!

Five Star Experience in Every Way!

To stay at “A Wonderful Penthouse in Naples” is a five-star experience in every way. The apartment is lovely – attractively furnished, spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. And the rooftop terrace is spectacular: we loved having meals at the tile-topped table, relaxing under the stars, and taking in the amazing views. The location is unbeatable. You’re in the busy historic center within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, yet the apartment is in a residential building on a quiet side street, so that you can escape the crowds into your own peaceful haven. Third, Claudia is a superbly gracious host, the best we’ve ever had in years of renting on VRBO. She treats you as though you were her best friend visiting Naples. Her restaurant recommendations and other suggestions are spot on. She even arranged a 4 AM taxi pick-up and texted us then to make sure that the cab had arrived and that we were on our way to the airport. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Claudia.

Incredible hospitality

We property owner is very gracious. She met us at the property and provided details of where to get the best food as well as other local knowledge that was very useful. She was also kind enough to order us a taxi on several occasions. We loved the apartment, the view and the proximity to everything. We would definitely rent again if we ever come back! As a bonus, there is an amazing fireworks show that is right out the window on most nights.

Kind and helpful host

Claudia is a most attentive host - always available to give advice. The rooftop is the outstanding attraction, but the apartment is a real home with everything you need. Having a lift is a bonus too! And it is real old town living down the back streets! Only a few minutes walk to many restaurants! We enjoyed Naples staying here!

Claudia was an amazing host. She greeted us in person upon arrival and got us to the right location. She helped with recommendations and other details that were super helpful. The apartment was tremendous. It was spacious, clean, and had a view that was amazing. In addition, we had a full kitchen that helped. Pristine gem in the heart of Naples

We stayed in Naples for two short nights on a larger trip through Italy, and mainly used it as a base for departure to Vesuvius and the ruins. Claudia was extraordinarily helpful and communicative throughout on WhatsApp. She met us promptly at check-in, and when I explained that a private tour operator was trying to renege on a reservation we made (private shuttle to ruins), she got on the phone and battled for us (saving the trip!). The property is phenomenal: penthouse suite with lots of room compared to most European accommodations in city; cold A/C units throughout the property; spacious, functional kitchen; comfortable bed; clean bathroom facility; convenient elevator access. But the real treat is the rooftop access with a glorious view of Mt. Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. We took our meals on the roof both both nights and, frankly, it was one of the highlights of our trip. Claudia's food recommendations were A+++. You hear myths about Naples pizza, but the pizza options within a short walk of this property will make you a believer. It was the best pizza we've had anywhere on Earth, in 50 years of chasing pizza. I can't recommend this property or this operator enough. Two days in Naples wasn't enough. When next we return, we fully expect to book with Claudia. She's incomparable!

The terrace …. even in March

Beautifully chaotic would describe Napoli and this apartment is a comfortable sanctuary in the city center. Claudia is helpful, available and a caring host, genuinely wanting the best experience for her guests. The apartment is very well located on a safe quiet side street close to all one needs for a great stay (we stayed for 3 weeks and found the apartment well suited for daily life. The kitchen is functional; we cooked a lot with foodstuff purchased from local vendors … and you can see Vesuvio from the kitchen window. The photos do the apartment justice and the terrace IS the selling feature … spacious, comfortable ….. and the view!! The train station is close by as are the ferries for day trips to Sorrento or the islands. We will be renting this again.

The surprise of Naples

Before anything else, the absolute professionalism and friendliness of the Host, Claudia, must be said; truly flawless. She welcome us, helped us get a cab from the train station, met us where the cab dropped us off and then introduced us to her beautiful apartment. Where to start? This apartment is like stepping into the comfortable home of someone who has lived in Naples for a long time.. Bedroom, bathroom, living room are spacious and so welcoming. Then there is the kitchen! I am a good cook, and the kitchen is always important to me for any rental. Most of the time, the kitchen is satisfactory but not more. This kitchen, Claudia's kitchen is as wonderfully equipped as my own and that is saying a lot. And then there is the spiral staircase up to the spacious deck, more beautiful than the pictures can describe. The view of Vesuvius is stunning. The penthouse description of this flat is not an exaggeration. Details; heat, hot water, linens, lighting all perfect. There are windows everywhere. I could go on too long but must say that during our entire week long stay, Claudia checked-in with us by text every day, many times several times a day. Her suggestions, tips, recommendations were all welcome and very helpful. Lastly, the location? Once again, perfect. On the edge of the Centro Storico, you can walk everywhere in the heart of the city. Coffee bars, cafes, restaurants, markets and a wild array of shopping is right there. The location is also very quiet. If you haven't been to Naples it can be a bit intimidating on first glance but we quickly realized that it was a place where we were to discover many friends we hadn't met before. Thank you Claudia, we WILL be back for sure. Any couple wishing a home in Naples don't need to look any further than this pleasant surprise.

Ein besonderes Apartment in einer besonderen Stadt

Für uns war es die perfekte Wohnung, um Neapel zu erkunden. Bequem fährt man nach einem langen Spaziergang durch die Stadt mit dem Aufzug in eine sehr gut ausgestattete und schöne Wohnung. Das Appartement liegt über den Dächern mitten im Zentrum von Neapel in einer ruhigen Gasse inmitten des lebendigen Treibens der Stadt in einem gepflegten Wohnhaus. Die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer und man hat sie ganz für sich alleine. Der Blick schweift zum Vesuv über die Hügelkette von Sorrent bis zum Meer nach Capri. Claudia ist eine super Gastgeberin, war immer sofort über WhatsApp zu erreichen, sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt! Grazie mille Claudia per un soggiorno indimenticabile!
