RECENTLY UPDATED luxury condo with new coastal-themed furnishings and new elegant 20 inch travertine tiled floors throughout except the bedrooms, which have newly installed beautiful plank flooring. Graber blackout shades in the living room and both bedrooms allow full 180 degree Gulf front views of the sugar-white beach and emerald ocean water along with the sunset and sunrise.

Silver Beach Towers no longer offers complimentary beach setup. However, the same great beach service and setups will still be available for the guest to purchase the first setup (an umbrella and 2 chairs) at a discounted rate of $30/day. (The owner has purchased a seasonal beach plan to discount the first setup from $65/day to $30/day). Guests can purchase additional setups for $65/day. In the winter months (Nov. 1 -Feb. 28), Silver Beach Towers has free complimentary cabanas on the beach.

In the living room is a new 60" Samsung 4K Smart flat screen television with a beautiful blue, comfy queen sleeper sofa and 3 accent chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has new full-size stainless steel appliances, dishware, and cookware. The kitchen also a a new Keurig coffee maker and a programmable Mr. Coffee coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size GE washer and dryer.

The wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in the living room and bedrooms lead to a large tiled balcony to enjoy hours of breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has a new POLYWOOD table and new POLYWOOD dining chairs that swivel and a new POLYWOOD relaxing chaise lounge for napping or reading. The balcony also has entrances from both Gulf-front bedrooms.

The Master suite features new bedroom furniture with a new King-sized bed and Beautyrest mattress and boxsprings. Also, is a flat screen TV with DVD player. Enjoy the Gulf front views from a large bay window in the large comfortable accent chair, or step through the private entrance to the expansive main balcony. There's plenty of room in the Master walk-in closet. The large master bathroom features a jetted tub, spacious walk-in shower, two sinks and lots of countertop space!

The other master bedroom also has new bedroom furniture with a new King-sized bed and Beautyrest mattress and boxsprings. There is also a private entrance from this bedroom to the main balcony. The 2nd full bathroom is located a few steps away, but remains easily accessible to the main living room. It has a nice tiled walk-in shower with a bench.

Two large pools with waterfalls and adjacent hot tubs overlook the Gulf of Mexico. Just walk though the pool area onto Silver Beach's private beach. Silver Beach Towers also has a newly resurfaced tennis court and newly installed gas BBQ grills. Silver Beach is a quiet resort with security and limited access. West 1402 is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping and sightseeing just moments away. West 1402 is paradise just waiting for you and your next Destin beach vacation!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and the beach decor was so fitting. Just steps away from the ocean, with beautiful views from both bedrooms and living area. Our second time staying in this condo in 2024 and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything about this particular unit. Everything is just as advertised. Unit was in perfect condition upon our arrival and once again we experienced no issues with the unit during our stay. We also feel that this property overall is the best in mid-Destin with regards to the pools, the proximity to the beach and the overall staff on property. Will definitely stay here again!

The Two Ocean front Masters

My husband and I and another couple spent 5 days at The oceanfront Two Masters. We had an amazing time. It was very nice and clean and the location was right in the middle of anything you would want. We would definitely go back and recommend it. Terry was wonderful to work with. We appreciated him personalizing it and helping us out in finding places to eat and places to go. Only suggestion for improvement - purchase quality toilet paper (Charmin) the cheap gas station type paper provided was not satisfactory. All 4 of us agreed and had to purchase Charmin at the store. A minor thing but saving a few pennies by the management company left a bad impression.

Beautiful condo with great views of the gulf!

We selected this condo (with high expectations) after looking at the photos and reviews. The view from the balcony and both bedrooms grabbed our attention right away. The layout of the condo and the beach style decor was an added bonus. We were not disappointed at all. Terry kept in good communication with us from the time we booked our stay. He was very informational about not only the condo, but the Destin area, as this was our first time in that area. He was very helpful and encouraged us to call him with any questions we might have. His restaurant recommendations were spot on! If we venture to this area again, this is certainly where we will stay.

Fabulous property

My spouse and I, plus our daughter and son-in-law spent a full week in this condo over Christmas. It was the perfect spot for family time and relaxation. The condo is convenient to everything we needed - restaurants, quality grocery stores, the beach, great birding spots. Our favorite spot was the beach. Living in north Texas we don’t get to see the white sand beaches often and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The beach cabanas were perfect for naps in the afternoon sun. My favorite part was waking up and as soon as I opened my eyes I looked out to see the ocean. It felt like being in we were in one of those deluxe huts built out in the water in Tahiti. Both bedrooms and the main living area have that same incredible view. The condo is laid out well, was clean and well cared for. Standing on the balcony we could see the sunrise in the morning then in the evening we could watch the sunset. (I imagine that treat is only in the winter and we were glad we caught the timing right.) We tend to stay in condos and cabins in our travels and Terry, the owner, was the most hospitable and responsive owner we have rented from. We hope to make another trip back to this beautiful spot and will certainly book this condo again.

My wife and I live in Nashville, TN and have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. We have always loved staying in a Destin condo directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and pool. My wife and I have been coming to Destin for forty-eight years.

Why they chose this property

We rented at Silver Beach Towers when the east tower first opened in 2002. We liked it so well we have returned to Silver Beach many times. In fact, so well, we purchased a 2 bedroom condo at Silver Beach in 2012. It rented so well that we had only a small amount of time available for personal use. Therefore, we purchased another 2 bedroom condo at Silver Beach in 2013, unit #1402 west. We totally updated 1402 west with the coastal theme with new 20'' travertine floors. Silver Beach Towers is one of the premier condos in the Destin area.

What makes this property unique

We love Silver Beach Towers, especially the 2 bedrooms because both bedrooms are ocean front, with access to the ocean front balcony. We also like the 2 fast elevators which are in an enclosed area that is cooled and heated , and serve only 3 units per floor. A fob is requires for access to the building, garage, pool area and beach. This unit also includes one covered parking space in the secured garage and additional parking on the main level. The resort is well-maintained and very clean.
