Country House Moro with Large Pool near Mondragó Nature Reserve

The country house Moro, accommodating 12 people and featuring a pool, is situated in a peaceful location near the idyllic fishing village of Porto Petro. The Mondragó Nature Reserve, with its two beautiful, unspoiled, large sandy beaches, is just 2.5 km away.

The house is divided into two sections. The main house, with a ground floor and upper floor, sleeps six people. There is also a separate guest house, also accommodating six people, located on the upper floor of the main house and accessible via an external staircase from the terrace.

Main House: The ground floor comprises a living room, dining room, and kitchen with a breakfast nook. All rooms have access to the terrace. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, as well as a separate shower room next to the kitchen. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with two further bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. One of these bedrooms has access to the balcony/terrace above the entrance. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

An external staircase on the side of the house leads to the guesthouse on the separate upper floor. This guesthouse has three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room.

The air conditioning in the bedrooms is only available for 12 hours a day.

A spacious, natural stone-tiled terrace surrounds the beautiful pool and offers ample room for sun loungers. A small lawn invites children to play, and another covered outdoor area with an integrated grill, running water, and a refrigerator is perfect for enjoyable barbecues.
