Welcome to the “Erik” studio apartment with a covered balcony on the 3rd floor of the well-maintained Strandresidenz Wassersleben residential and holiday complex, idyllically located on the beach. The apartment is equipped with a comfortable double bed and is therefore perfect for 2 people. The modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen makes self-catering a pleasant experience. A comfortable shower room with toilet completes the offer.
Media entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with cable connection and free WiFi. The covered balcony is equipped with a small seating and dining area and offers an impressive side view of the sea, the beach, and the Flensburg Fjord. The booking price includes the use of a designated parking space.
Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. There you can use the washing machine and dryer, and there is also a storage room for bicycles.
The beach is just a few steps away, across the street. Enjoy relaxing hours at “Erik” and be inspired by the proximity to the beach and the breathtaking panorama.
On July 3, 2025, businessman David Ott opened an innovative smart store on the beach promenade in Wassersleben (Wassersleben 14, 24955 Harrislee). Just a stone's throw from the Danish border, the autonomous store offers customers the opportunity to do their shopping 360 days a year. Covering around 150 square meters, the market offers a wide selection of everyday local goods.
