There are two communal parking spaces on the property, and public transport is nearby.



In the heart of the Zillertal sports paradise, you will find the largest ski areas: Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach, the Zillertal Arena in Zell am Ziller, and the Mayrhofen cable cars Ahorn & Penken. In summer, numerous hiking, biking, and leisure activities await right outside your door. A ski bus stops 100 m from our house.
