The beach, check-in desk, KIAHUNA SUNRISE CAFE, laundry facilities, BBQ's, and parking are all easily accessible. Our condo #227 is in building #35 with parking immediately in front of your building. Your condo is top floor, one bedroom, with a lofted ceiling. The bedroom has a KING SIZE BED WITH A NEW MATTRESS and the living room couch converts to a QUEEN SIZE BED WITH NEW MATTRESS. The condo sleeps four people with extra sleeping arrangements upon request. Your will find your GUEST CLOSET COMPLETE WITH BEACH CHAIRS, BODY BOARDS, FINS, SNORKELS, MASKS, UMBRELLA AND COOLERS. The large PRIVATE LANAI looks over gardens and mature trees with a partial ocean view. Your Lanai has TWO CHAISES AND A HIGHTOP TABLE SEATING FOR FOUR. It is the perfect place for a morning Kauai coffee, evening cocktails, glass of wine and dine while catching up on your day. The recently remodeled vanity area and bathroom provide a full SHOWER AND TUB. Three new ceiling fans, carpeting and tile flooring, a HEAD TO TOE REMODELED KITCHEN with cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances await your arrival. ALL KITCHEN AMENITIES are available for cooking, baking, blending and BBQ utensils for use on your BBQ directly in front of your Lanai. You will find our goal is to create a clean, comfortable, E KOMO MAI (welcome home) for your current stay and hopeful return.
