You will be in the heart of the superb Dordogne valley and its castles, and 15 minutes from Sarlat, the soul of the Périgord Noir region.
We offer 4 comfortable semi-detached gites with 11 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 5 shower rooms and 7 separate toilets, sleeping 25/27 people.
All the gites have a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen.
The 4 other semi-detached gites have an outdoor courtyard with garden furniture, a double barbecue area and a table tennis table.
At the rear of the property, a large 4,000m2 Le Pré area with parking and shared swimming pool for the gites, with a large beach for parasols and sun loungers.
The swimming pool is 5x10m, fully fenced and heated.
Peace and relaxation in our beautiful countryside. We offer a home-made catering service (breakfast, brunch, dinner, cocktail party) as well as our local products for sale in our on-site cellar and Bergerac wine.
Countryside, nature and tranquillity. We are just 3kms from the village of Saint Julien de Lampon, where you can do your basic shopping or visit the local market on Thursdays. All the historic sites of the Périgord Noir are less than half an hour away, with hiking trails passing in front of the property. The medieval town of Sarlat is 16 km away (1/4 hour's drive). There are plenty of sporting activities and many gardens, museums, caves and châteaux to visit in the Périgord Noir.
