Very quaint little cottage

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were 4 adults and it worked out fine with exception of the one bathroom which, at times, presented a small issue. Other than that we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. The house had much more in the way of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) upon arrival than any other property we've ever rented. Neighbors were pleasant and we really enjoyed watching the wild bunnies in the morning and at night. Will probably return next summer!

Beautful location and backyard!

  • 4 of 5

We truly enjoyed our stay. The deck, yard and fire pit were great! It was a short walk to the pond and easy access to the beach. The beach was not within walking distance but a short drive and very well kept!

Our only complaint would be the mattresses and bedding. The twin beds were very hard and difficult for the kids to sleep on, and even though the linens were included they were nothing I would have allowed my family to use. Thankfully we had brought our own!

The good far outweighs the bad and we would definitely stay here again!

Sweet little cottage

  • 4 of 5

This is a quaint little cottage not too far from the beach in Charlestown. It's very tiny but it's comforting and relaxing. My only complaint is there are no linens for the beds and you have to bring your own towels. The mattresses are old and not comfortable. But it's a cute little place to stay.

It is a lovely quite cozy getaway spot. It was very clean . And the kitchen has everything needed to entertain. Only complaint would be that it is a little farther from the beach than we would have liked. But we would rent again. 👍𣐼􏏼

BIg isn't necessarily better

  • 5 of 5

This quaint cottage has been modernized and the owner has done the absolute best to make the small space feel larger. The Open floor plan flows nicely onto a huge deck where we spent a lot of time. We had six adults stay for a few nights and all of us were comfortable and did not feel crowded at all. This house is in an ideal location as well. We were able to walk to the beach (1.67 miles) if we were not being lazy. Very quiet neighborhood made this the ideal relaxing vacation home. Definitely a deal!
