Property was perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located minutes from the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Stanley was a gracious host and we would definitely stay here again!

Beach house

Everything you need for the beach and home. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, beach cart, chairs and beach toys!! We didn't use everything as we had brought our own but I am glad to know for next time!

Absolutely the best cottage we've ever rented!! So clean.Kitchen was so user friendly with everything you needed! Close to beaches. So much room for our family of 6. And Stan was the best host who was so available with any of our questions. AC and big washer and dryer was amazing. We will return!!

We loved the house although we thought it could have been a little cleaner but we understand it couldn’t be perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed seeing the two bunnies in the yard everyday. Close to beaches and all the different places we went to. Would love to stay there again. Host was super friendly and kind. Also responded quickly when we needed him which we appreciated.

Clean, Well Stocked, Convenient Location

We loved the location of the house, being so close to the beaches. An outdoor shower is key on a beach vacation. We appreciated the beach gear and stocked kitchen. We liked having an outdoor table. The kids loved the bonus space in the basement as a special hangout place for themselves. The towels and mats/rugs felt like good quality. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. The quiet street was so perfect for young children walking, using, scooters and bikes. Great little backyard. Location was wonderful close to Roger wheeler and Scarborough beach. We would definitely come back.

Great location and house well equipped

We just spent a week at this summer beach rental and found it to be a well equipped and very clean rental. They provide practically everything, you could really just show up with your clothes and be ready to enjoy your vacation. It is a quiet neighborhood and the location makes it very easy to enjoy all that Narragansett has to offer.

perfect beach house

Wonderful beach rental. Home was very clean with newly updated kitchen open to living room. Updated bathrooms and clean outdoor shower. Perfect for family with bunk beds/3 bedrooms. Owner of property, Stan was very easy to commuincate with and responsive.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation at this lovely and comfortable home. Central Air, 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large flat-screen TV with a selection of DVDs, lots of storage, a game room with toys, perfect for families. We had 5 adults and one child and we were very happy all week. The yard/patio was perfect as well - we ate outside almost every night. The best part was the amazing location. We were just minutes away from everything - beaches, groceries, day trips, the ferry to Block Island (a must-see while you're there), and great shopping. The home was clean and well-appointed and Tracy and Stan are excellent hosts - they provided thoughtful amenities and perks for their guests and wonderful customer service. We want to come back next year!

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked ( even a crockpot). It’s a short drive to beaches & all that South County has to offer. Owners easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying here.

Nice New England get away

Property was lovely. More than enough space, clean and well equipped. Property managers were responsive and helpful with Everything. Beaches were close. Weather didn’t cooperate, but such a convenient location for day trips to Boston, Newport, etc. kids loved seeing different beaches and playing on the rocks. It’s tough connecting w teen age kids and this week was great for it. Something for everyone! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Family Getaway

Great property as described. Only complaint would be to have the cleaning company do a better job cleaning the shower as there was hair in the shower. Other than that the location was perfect. There was everything you would need. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Home in Narragansett

The house was fully stocked with paper products, cleaning products, kitchen supplies, etc. The owners were very personable. I was actually surprised the house wasn't in worse shape given it is also a college rental during the year. For renters who like to cook, the kitchen doesn't have a lot of counter space and it lacks a dishwasher. But it did have everything we needed (and then some!) The important things were clean, but the floors needed a deep cleaning and the basement had a certain scent to it. My kids wouldn't go down there to play because of it. But they loved the bunk beds! Overall, we had all we needed for a comfortable weekend stay!

Enjoying time with the family🌞

We had a great time! The rental was in a great location, great neighborhood and beautiful home. We had stores and beaches not to far from the home, if you like to walk, you’ll enjoy it. Great place to explore and enjoy time with your family. Thank you for renting to us, God bless and be safe!

Great summer home

Tracy's property is clean, conveniently located with all the amenities you need for a week's beach stay. Scarborough beach is only a 4 minute drive and very easy to get to. Check in process was seamless and Tracy communicated everything well.
