The exclusive designer apartment “Seaside 10” is located right on the beach, in the second row from the Baltic Sea at Timmendorfer Strand, and offers a very [nbsp]beautiful partial ocean view. You’re guaranteed to be just a short walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea, and your own beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is waiting for you on the beach.
The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new residential complex and, with over 100 square meters of living space, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom, offers ample space for up to 6 people. The light-colored natural stone floors and tasteful interior design are extremely modern, and the luxurious amenities—such as the built-in sauna—leave nothing to be desired. Would you like to enjoy a delicious breakfast as the morning sun rises? Then simply slide open the floor-to-ceiling glass front of the extravagant sunroom and turn it into an open balcony. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are, of course, provided.
The spacious, light-filled living room offers a magnificent view, extending in some places all the way to the Baltic Sea. Here you can spend quality time with your family, and[nbsp] a fireplace ensures cozy moments by the warm fire. The high-quality, open-concept bulthaup brand kitchen blends harmoniously into the apartment’s overall design and also offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. It is equipped with a dining counter and bar stools that comfortably seat 6 people. The master bedroom, furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200), a TV, and blackout curtains, is the perfect place to unwind after a wonderful day on vacation. A large closet provides ample space to store your vacation wardrobe. From here, you have direct access to a top-of-the-line bathroom. The natural stone tiles and the bathroom’s light-colored fixtures create a truly relaxing atmosphere. The built-in sauna, which you can of course use free of charge, ensures complete relaxation. Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a small closet, blackout curtains, and a box-spring bed.[nbsp] Naturally, three TVs and Wi-Fi are included in the entertainment package.
A washer and dryer are available exclusively to our guests at no charge and are located in the basement. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage (entry height 1.95 m). A bicycle storage room is available.
