A kilometer-long sandy beach with an unobstructed view over the waves to the horizon, fine white sand beneath bare feet, plenty of sunshine during the day, and twinkling stars in the night sky. Our guests appreciate—no matter the season—nature’s play of colours, various trails for long walks, cultural offerings, diverse leisure activities for any weather, shopping for daily needs, and excellent local and international cuisine.

PRORA is a district of Binz—Germany’s most beautiful Baltic Sea resort. Our holiday rental is located in Block III of the former KdF seaside resort on Rügen. Renovation began in 2016 and was largely completed in 2023 with the finishing of the outdoor facilities, including parking spaces—most of which feature electric charging stations—and bicycle storage rooms.

The “Granitz” building is the first completed building in the entire Block III in Prora. How did this house get its name? The Granitz hunting lodge, which was a popular destination for day trips, was the first structure built in the Granitz forest area. That is why the first house in this block bears this name.

Upon arrival, our guests will receive the keys and all important information about the holiday rental on-site from the team at PRORA.COM.
