Wonderful designer apartment with large terrace, beautiful private garden and communal pool. Located in the exclusive âPou de Moroâ residence.
The property is just a 15-minute walk from the Montañar area, a pebble beach that connects the port of Jåvea and Arenal beach.
Close to all amenities, beach bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Also only 900 metres from the old town centre of JĂĄvea and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
This comfortable, modern and light-filled 105 mÂČ ground floor apartment is very tastefully and lovingly furnished and has air conditioning in all rooms.
The flat has 2 beautiful bedrooms (each with access to a second terrace and one with an en-suite bathroom), a smart TV in one of the bedrooms, and a room with a desk (ideal for working from home).
A utility room with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator are also available.
The open-plan living area is on the same level and offers a modern, fully equipped American kitchen with induction hob, coffee machine (Nespresso and filter machine), refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher, from where you can access the beautiful private garden with trees, palm trees and herbs.
The spacious living-dining room has a beautiful high table with designer chairs and a comfortable sofa. Smart TV with panoramic screen (55"), fibre optic internet and a double sliding door that opens onto the wonderful and spacious 65 mÂČ terrace and the lovingly landscaped garden.
Here you can enjoy the large outdoor dining table, sun loungers, a chill-out zone with lounge sofas and the barbecue.
A second garden door gives access to the communal areas, where you will find the enclosed large swimming pool measuring 10m x 5m x 1.8m and an additional shallow area for children (approx. 20 m away).
Free 500 MB fibre optic internet.
Free private parking in the garage in the same building (lift available).
Hot/cold air conditioning throughout the property.
Very large terrace with chill-out area and outdoor dining area.

We warmly welcome families with or without children. There are no age restrictions for these guests, but groups of young people (under 27) cannot rent our flat.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Some flats in the complex are rented to guests, while others are permanently occupied. Everyone expects it to be quiet during lunchtime (siesta 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.) and from 11:00 p.m. onwards for sleeping.

There is construction work going on in the neighbourhood. However, the construction is nearing completion and does not cause any disturbance as only interior work is being carried out.
Personal note:
My wife and I bought this flat four years ago and use it ourselves in spring, autumn and winter, as we are early retirees. We have furnished the flat with a lot of love â just as we did in our home in Bavaria. We feel very comfortable here and would be delighted if our guests felt comfortable too.
For the last 3 years, we have had the flat marketed by a large rental agency. Although this was very successful and resulted in rave reviews, we always missed the personal contact with our guests. We are now venturing into FeWo as we simply have more time. We are very excited.
