The other half of a semi-detached house, completed in 2011, located in the popular Rukariutta area.
The property features one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed. The upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.
The location is ideal for an active holiday. Cross-country ski trails, snowmobile routes, and other outdoor activities are within walking distance year-round. In addition, the Ski Bus stop is just 300 meters away, providing easy access to all services in Ruka.
