This cosy flat is situated at approx. 1400 m above sea level and is located in a holiday village with houses built in Carinthian style. It is located in the centre of Carinthia's largest ski area, the Nassfeld. Here you will find 110 km of perfectly groomed pistes. Surrounded by a unique mountain panorama in summer and winter, you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest

The Sonnleitn cable car valley station is only 2 minutes away by car and you can leave your tracks on the perfectly groomed pistes in the beautiful Nassfeld ski area. The panoramic view that you can enjoy during the descent is breathtaking. There are also plenty of off-piste activities for all ages, such as snowshoeing, ski touring, ice skating, cross-country skiing and tobogganing.
In summer, you can choose between hiking, biking, climbing, summer tobogganing, kayaking or golfing. And after sport, it's off into the cool water. Here, too, you have a wide range of options - from lakes, mountain lakes or outdoor and indoor pools.
