Stone Cottage for 14 with Heated Pool in Peaceful Sarlat Setting

Our cottage is just 2 km from Sarlat town center, set on a former 17-hectare farm. Enjoy peace and quiet, spacious outdoor areas, and proximity to shops and top tourist sites during your stay.



There are 6 bedrooms: 5 for 2 people (1 with two 90 cm beds, 3 with one 140 cm bed), all on the ground floor, each 13 m². A family suite with 2 bedrooms (one 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds) is upstairs with a small balcony, total 21 m². Bed linen is provided.



Each room has its own shower, private toilet, Wi-Fi, and independent entrance opening onto the terrace.



The living room and kitchen are in another wing. The living area is 50 m² with a stone bar, and the kitchen is fully equipped (10 m²). A flat-screen TV is available.



The 90 m² terrace is furnished with garden seating. Barbecue, parking, and a washing machine are provided. The heated pool is open from May 1 to September 30, offering open views over the meadows.



Other outdoor amenities include a pétanque court, badminton court, table tennis, large grassy area with football goal, and a spacious play area for children.



A pond is 300 meters away, where you can fish.
