Our villa with an indoor pool is a true haven of peace in a quiet hamlet, perfect for up to 12 guests. Spacious and fully equipped, it features 6 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Outside, enjoy a barbecue and a pétanque court for relaxing moments together.



Explore the charming surroundings: La Roche-Bernard, Billiers, Pénestin, Damgan, Branféré Zoo, and Vannes.



The welcoming villa is designed for your comfort and relaxation. The bright living and dining area has a large wooden table, a spacious sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a lounge with sofa, TV, game console, and board games offers a special space for children.



The indoor pool, heated to 28°C, is accessible year-round, with swim belts and noodles available for all ages.



The bedrooms are ideally arranged, with 2 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. An extra bathroom with shower is located by the pool.



Outdoors, a large table invites you to enjoy meals in the open air, with a barbecue for your grill nights. The pétanque court promises fun, while the fully fenced property ensures safety and peace of mind, especially for children.



For added convenience, a laundry room with washer and dryer is at your disposal. Families will also appreciate the high chair and travel cot provided for little ones (on request).



The villa is ideally located just 10 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a charming harbor village with a variety of restaurants and boat rentals at the port.
