The true highlights are the large sliding doors on both sides, allowing you to enjoy views of the water or the lively marina from almost every angle.The open kitchen is a wonderful place to spend time, whether you enjoy cooking or simply sharing a relaxed meal. It is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, combination microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, and toaster. You can prepare an elaborate dinner or keep things simple, all while enjoying the view outside or stepping directly onto the terrace.The bedroom has a calm and restful atmosphere and features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside tables, reading lights, and a wardrobe. In the evening, you will mostly hear the peaceful quiet of the surroundings, perhaps accompanied by the distant sound of a seagull. The en-suite bathroom is fresh and comfortable, with a walk-in rain shower that offers a pleasant start and end to each day.Outside, there is always a perfect place to sit. At the front, the 30 m² terrace overlooks the marina and is ideal for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun, whether on the lounge sofa or at the outdoor table. At the back, the 22 m² garden offers a cosy seating area where you can enjoy the morning sun. Through a gate, you can walk directly onto the small beach, perfect for a short stroll or simply some fresh air. From the living room to the terraces, the apartment invites you to keep discovering new favourite spots to relax.For extra convenience, the apartment includes a washing machine, dryer, a private storage room of 8 m² with an e-bike charging point, and a private parking space. This property is pet-free and babies are not allowed. Everything is in place for a comfortable and carefree stay by the water.

You’ll stay right in the marina of Sint Annaland, where life moves at a relaxed and pleasant pace. Restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are all within walking distance, making everything feel easy and inviting. Pick up an ice cream, sit down somewhere on a whim, or enjoy a drink in the evening, all without needing a car.

Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m., and on departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., with the key returned to the designated collection point.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can check your booking to confirm this.Overnight visitors must be registered and can only stay after receiving approval. An additional fee for bed linen and tourist tax applies.Pets are not allowed.Youth groups are not permitted.
