Quiet vacation home by the lake in Masuria

Vacation resort in Chrzanowo near Ełk (about 7 km from the city center), idyllically situated on beautiful Lake Sunowo in Masuria. The lake is located in a quiet zone, features a swimming area, and has excellent water quality (Class 1). Access to the lake is unrestricted. The surrounding area features quiet forests rich in mushrooms. The property is fenced and secure, making it ideal for families with children and dogs. We rent out the entire house exclusively—no individual rooms. Ideal for families, larger groups, and guests with children and pets. The fenced-in property covers an area of approximately 800 m², is located about 300 m from the lake, and offers parking for 2–3 cars. Amenities include a grill, a smokehouse, a fire pit, and access to a rowboat for 2–4 people equipped with an electric motor. There is plenty of space to play, relax, and spend time together outdoors. The house features a living area with an open kitchen, a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, a fireplace, air conditioning on the first floor, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a covered patio with seating. The accommodations are family-friendly; safety gates for the stairs are available upon request. For children up to about 3–4 years old, a travel crib with bedding and a high chair with a table are provided. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Bedding for up to 10 people is included; towels are not provided. Air conditioning is available only on the first floor.
