The home is spread across three unique levels. Upstairs, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms and a bathroom. Sleeping options include one double bed, two single beds that can be joined as a king-size, and one extra single bed. Bedrooms are opened according to the number of guests in your group. Large windows overlook the yard, filling rooms with natural light and offering lovely views of greenery and blue sky. Thanks to the elevated location, summer nights are cooler than in lower parts of the island, promising restful sleep with the soothing sounds of nature and cicadas.



The middle level offers a comfortable lounge with Smart TV, relaxing pouf, and access to a small private yard—perfect for breakfast or morning coffee. On the ground floor, there’s a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an extra bathroom, and direct access to the secluded outdoor yard. The spacious outdoor area features comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
