Free on-street parking for multiple cars is available, shared with the residence; the street is a cul-de-sac and there’s always space. One pet is allowed, but events are not permitted. Waste sorting is mandatory during your stay and at departure.



The property is just 300 meters from San Teodoro’s center (2 minutes on foot) and a 15-minute walk from La Cinta beach. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and bus stops for Olbia and the beaches are within walking distance. San Teodoro Lagoon is 10 minutes away and can be visited by boat or horseback. Transfers to/from the airport and port are available on request. Cleaning service available for an extra fee.
