About Kindra Harlow

I am a native Montanan. I grew up, went to school and graduated from Montana State University in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. I have been lucky to enjoy the beauty of this place and participate in the many outdoor activities Montana has to offer. I raise registered Katahdin sheep on the ranch, and of course have a few border collies and a horse on the payroll to help me. My folks have lived on this ranch for over 25 years, and together we have the rental cabin, and also run a mini storage business.

Why Kindra Harlow chose Livingston

The Pinto Ranch Cabin is located in the middle of the Paradise valley which gives you close access to the outdoors, but is still close to Livingston, Gardiner, and Yellowstone Park. Access to the cabin is just 1/4 mile off of Hwy 89 S. 360 degree view of the mountains.

Couldn't asked for a more beautiful location or wonderful host!!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful view of snowcapped mountains all around, plenty of privacy even woke up Thursday morning with about 4 inches of snow on the ground.

Kindra was the perfect host, shared a little bit of her life on the ranch, introduced us to some new foods and even liked the boiled peanuts we shared with her. LOL.

What more could a South Alabama Southerner ask for.

Hope to go back.

We Loved It!

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was perfectly located to be our base of operations, not only while attending a wedding right in Paradise Valley, but also exploring Bozeman, Livingston, and Yellowstone National Park. Kindra is super warm and friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond to any questions. She's also thought of everything a traveler might need! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wished it could have been longer!

A piece of heaven

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was excellent. Kindra has done as excellent job of making it feel like home as well as making sure travelers have all of the amenities. She has decorated it beautifully. In the morning, we sit on the front porch with our coffee and watch the deer come down the driveway. In the evening we sit out on the back porch with a glass of wine or beer to watch the sun set and watch her border collie bring the herd of sheep from one pasture to another.

Day trips: The North entrance to Yellowstone is only about 32 miles to the South. And, there is plenty to see and do just around here and in Gardiner. We simply enjoyed walking around the massive property, watching the bluebirds, rabbits, gophers, deer, sheep and steer.

We will definitely book this place again should be decide to take another road trip up this way.

I would recommend this cabin to anyone traveling to see Yellowstone - we saw Old Faithful, the Mammoth Springs, Tower Falls and many other places in one day.
