Welcome to “Dünenwarft Süd,” a spacious holiday home—a semi-detached house with a thatched roof—near St. Peter-Ording on the Eiderstedt Peninsula.

Upon request, both halves of the house can be rented together to accommodate 30 people!

With approximately 220 m² of living space, this half of the house offers plenty of room for up to 16 people and is ideal for large families, groups of friends, multigenerational holidays, and group getaways on the North Sea.

The thatched-roof house combines North German charm with comfortable amenities, plenty of space, and a wellness area. The wellness area is shared with the other half of the house. The property features 8 bedrooms (7 with 200x180 double beds, 1 with a 200x160 double bed) spread over 3 floors, 5 bathrooms, and a total of 11 rooms. This makes Dünenwarft Süd an ideal retreat for larger groups, offering plenty of space to enjoy your holiday together.

The ground floor features a spacious dining area, an open-concept kitchen connected to the living area, and several bathrooms. The large dining table serves as a convivial gathering spot for shared meals, game nights, and relaxing moments with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday: induction stove, oven, refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils.

A special highlight is the wellness area with a sauna and hot tub. After a day at the sandy beach, a trip to St. Peter-Ording, or a walk through the vast countryside of Eiderstedt, you can relax here and wind down your day in peace. In addition, a wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi via DSL, TV, hi-fi system, radio, CD player, and DVD player ensure comfort in every season.

The outdoor area features a property of approximately 2,000 m² with a garden, lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, a beach umbrella, a beach chair, and a terrace. The south-facing terrace is ideal for enjoying sunny days, sharing meals outdoors, and relaxing during your holiday. An electric grill is provided.

Dünenwarft Süd is family-friendly. Children and babies are welcome, and a high chair is available. Youth groups are also welcome. Pets are allowed, making the holiday home ideal for a holiday with your dog on the North Sea coast. The house is smoke-free.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, coat rack, chest of drawers, and a full-length mirror. Six free private parking spaces are available for guests right next to the house. Check-in is contactless via a key safe.

The location is rural and quiet, with exceptionally beautiful views of the countryside and the garden. Shopping, restaurants, the city centre, and public transport are all within easy reach—just a 5-minute drive to the port town of Tönning. The sandy beach, the sea, and golf courses are just a 15- to 20-minute drive away.
