It is the perfect place for breakfast in the fresh air, outdoor dinners or simply relaxing after a day spent at the beach. The property includes one private parking space, while a second vehicle can be parked directly in front of the house.Funtana is one of the most attractive holiday destinations on the western coast of Istria. It is well known for its beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, beach bars, marina, and numerous cycling and walking trails. Ideally located between Poreč and Vrsar, it is a perfect base for exploring the many natural and cultural attractions of the region.Explorer Two is spread over three floors and offers a practical and comfortable layout. The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area, as well as one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room together with a second bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The top floor offers two additional comfortable bedrooms sharing a modern bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the summer.If you are looking for a stylish holiday home close to the sea and within walking distance of all amenities, Explorer Two is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Istria.Youth groups under the age of 26 are not permitted.
