GULF BEACH FRONT, ‘Beach Chic' Crystal Shores-806, ON THE WATER!

Enjoy a great vacation in our Gulf Front condo at the beach. Crystal Shores 806 is the perfect place to relax with family and friends while enjoying all the amenities of the area, and is within easy walking distance to the center of Gulf Shores including Bahama Bob's, the Hangout and Pink Pony!
Crystal Shores condominium offers direct beach access and stunning beach and ocean views. The building has a small heated, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and workout room. Our place has KING beds in each of the two bedrooms. Additionally, we have a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a comfortable swivel recliner. The kitchen features granite counter tops and all stainless appliances, and is complete right down to the shrimp pot and rice cooker. The expansive patio runs the width of the condo and can be accessed from both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room. As owners, we aim to give all of our guests a great experience so please feel free to tell us about your experience and make suggestions as to how we can continue to improve. We look forward to hearing from you!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

On your departure day; 10am is check-out time. If you leave earlier, please let our cleaning folks know by calling the number posted in the condo. Remember too return all six wristbands to the door.

There is no need for you to handle the cleaning or organizing of any of the linens. We simply ask that you do the dishes, and take all of your trash to the chute at the other end of the building.

Empty leftovers from the fridge and pantry, and check for your personal belongings. Please lock the door behind you when you leave. Thanks for choosing our place!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Upon leaving- Remove trash Clean dishes Replace wristband access fobs (there is a $30 charge ea. for lost bands)

We had a great view of the water and the beach. The condo was clean and plenty of room for 4 people. Easy walking distance to restaurants. The pool and hot tub are smaller, but it wasn't crowded and we had easy beach access. The appliances all worked well and were new. There were plenty of clean towels, sheets, and blankets. Highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing! The view was perfect from the 8th floor - we saw dolphins from the balcony on two different days and had great views of sunset/sunrise skies!!! The whole place was very clean when we arrived and parking, check-in, amenities- everything was super easy to deal with. We really didn’t need much from David because everything was perfect but we thought it was so nice that he reached out shortly after we arrived to check on us. I knew I could reach out to him for anything if we would have needed it. We loved the sauna, hot tub and workout space! Within walking distance to so many places but it’s also nice because the property is down a ways from the really busy area of the public beach. We would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

First of all the view is spectacular with a large balcony. I saw dolphins playing, and there were people parasailing. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub and the elevators were super fast. We would love to stay there again.

We had such a great time here! The location was great, the beach in front of this condo isn’t jam packed like other areas and the amenities kept our teens busy. The owners respond quickly and are very helpful should you need it. The condo was clean including the furnishings. We would definitely stay here again!

Had another wonderful stay at Crystal Shores! This is the perfect location to be close to all the things to do, but far enough away from all the crowds. This is the perfect location and has direct beach access (and it’s not crowded since it’s a private area). The view of the gulf is great and there are no issues with parking (this unit doesn’t have a reserved space which I was a little concerned about, but there we no issues and plenty of parking)! Very nice workout room and sauna. The condo was clean and has so many nice amenities; washer & dryer, fridge with ice maker was a huge plus for us, utensils, pots, pans, a wine opener ;) We had to contact the host for a couple of minor things, but he responded very quickly and helped us out right away. Already looking forward to our next trip back!

Tammy and Dave have traveled to Gulf Shores and the surrounding areas along the gulf coast for decades. We ultimately decided to buy and share our place in Gulf Shores. We feel this area offers the best balance of beach vacation and family friendly amenities, and plenty of options to keep our guests entertained when wanting to do something more than hit the surf.

Why they chose this property

Crystal Shores is a beachfront, mid-sized building. It offers instant beach access, and is easy walking distance too the center of Gulf Shores. It's big enough to offer amenities such as a pool and workout facility, sauna etc., and small enough not to be overwhelming and overcrowded. It's "right sized"!

What makes this property unique

The condo is walking distance to the center of Gulf Shores including the HangOut and Bahama Bob's and is steps away from Pier33 convenient store, Wave's convenience and liquor store, and Janino's pizza. Everything is easy access!
