We visited Fripp Island for the first time in 2000. We came back a month later and bought our first home here.

Simply said, we fell instantly, head-over-heels in love with Fripp. In the beginning we lived on the East Coast and were able to spend a great deal of time here. Eventually we moved to the mid-west and that first home became a rental.

This oceanfront home was made for gathering. The oversized great room features multiple sofas and ample seating—perfect for reconnecting with family and friends. The large dining table seats 14 comfortably, and the screened porch offers shaded outdoor dining with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic. The upstairs master suite feels like a private retreat with its own sitting room, wet bar, and spa-style bath.

And best of all? Step right off the back deck onto your own private beach path—no crowds, no hassle, just sun, sand and sea.
