The third-floor living area has the second master bedroom & bath with a private deck, a powder room off the kitchen, counter dining and dining room, spacious great room with a new sleeper sectional sofa, a new 55 inch TV and front deck. All bedrooms have brand new 42 inch to 47 TV’s.
We truly love our home and have worked very hard to make it as comfortable and accommodating as can be! We hope you will love it as much as we do! We are meticulous with care, cleaning, and upkeep of our property and would love to share our home with families who will show the same love and care to the home. We have been vacationing and renting in Sea Isle for over 20 years and appreciate the week's vacation that is planned at a shore house. The third floor living area is one of our hang-out places for family time – new blinds throughout, brand new stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops, new subway tile back-splash, new sink and decorative faucet, Keurig Machine, garbage disposal, ice-making fridge, white cabinetry and plenty of storage.
This is not your typical rental! Dishware, cookware, new counter appliances and utensils included. The kitchen island has two bar seats and our dining table set seats eight. There is a 1/2 bath adjacent to the kitchen.
The bright and sunny living room features a 55” HDTV, Xfinity, a large sectional sleeper sofa.
Finishing the top floor is the second master bedroom, queen bed set, 47” TV full bath, closet, and private deck. Four decks in all!
Down on the second floor the front bedroom has a queen sized bed, twin sleeper sofa, newly renovated bathroom, 42” flat screen TV, and private deck. The center bedroom has one set of twin-over-twin bunks, one twin over full bunk and a 42” Flat Screen TV. Extra mattress under bunk bed.
There is a full bath just renovated -- tub and shower in the hall. The back bedroom has a queen set, 42” flat screen TV, and large private deck.
The first floor bonus room has two brand new Full Sized Sleeper Sofas, 42” flat screen TV, Firestick, and a nearby refrigerator in the garage.
We are three houses off Landis, and then 1 block to beach. We are close to dining, the gym, shopping, playground, new library and numerous other activities! Everything you need is in walking distance. Marianne's Bakery is steps from the house! Newly built 44th street Sea Isle City Beach Patrol building along with new bathrooms!
3 Queens, 3 Full Sleeper Sofas, 1 Twin Sleeper Sofa, and 1 twin-over-twin bunk, 1 twin over full bunk total. Tenant is responsible for their own linens and towels. (Linen and towel service is available upon request).
Well-stocked kitchen -- place settings, cups, cookware, appliances. Beach tags included.
The property has Comcast Xfinity Wifi throughout from May to November
This property is smoke free and pet free.
Tenant is responsible for completing a check-out list that is included on the lease. All sand and trash must be removed from the inside of the property prior to check-out.
