HIDEAWAY VALLEY CONDOS ARE IN THE HEART OF NORTHERN SKI/GOLF COUNTRY. We are located on the 11th hole of Little Traverse Bay Golf Course and within driving distance to 30 Northern Michigan courses. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic weekend away, or a group of 8 family members and/or friends you, will enjoy a quality vacation at our 19th hole destination.
Our lovely condo offers the tranquility of a secluded, woodsy setting with all the creature comforts of home. You will love this area because there is so much to do and see here. Unless, of course, you are looking to catch up on some R & R or spend a relaxing holiday visiting with family and friends.
Our cozy unit is nicely furnished for your comfort. There is a fireplace, cable TV, DVD & WiFi. The comfort of air conditioning, a furnished deck with seating for 8 and a gas grill. You will enjoy a completely equipped kitchen with microwave oven, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster and plenty of the necessaries in order to prepare a meal. There is a 1/2 bath and bar on the first floor. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed and a deck with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. The additional two bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin beds. There is plenty of closet space. There is a full bath/shower and a filled linen closet.
The lower level has a sliding door with a patio and chairs and panoramic view of the commons and golf course. It is furnished with sofa, coffee table, lounge chairs, rocker, TV and a comfortable queen size bed. On this level you will find a full bath, laundry room and dressing room.
The attached garage has a garage door opener and there is additional parking outside of the garage.

Summer showcases all the natural beauty of Northern Michigan highlighting the sandy beaches along with hiking/biking trails, fishing, golfing, ferry trips to Mackinac Island or sailing on Little Traverse Bay. An exciting trip across the wide span Mackinac Bridge will be memorable; the UP is a destination with many interesting sites to visit. There are so many opportunities to explore the out-of-doors.
However, in the evenings the area take on a new venue with enjoying the many gourmet restaurants, microbreweries, movie theaters, casinos or classic theater.
Both Harbor Springs and Petoskey have exceptionally beautiful 4th of July Fireworks displays and fun local parades. They can also be viewed from the picturesque Little Traverse Bay Golf Course restaurant. You will talk about the view from this location for a long time.
The early spring months offer the opportunity for a trip to Mackinac Island to enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful Lilac trees and festival. You may want to experience lunch or dinner on the Grand Hotel's porch and, of course, a little golf on their course and afterward some yummy fudge. Also, renting a bike and having a leisurely ride around the island is a must for first timers.
Morel mushroom hunting in the spring has been a popular activity along with enjoying the delicate trillium that grow abundantly along the North Country Hiking Trails/roads within walking distance. It is a beautiful time of the year to enjoy the drive through the tunnel of trees (M-119) on your way to Cross Village and a stop at Legg's Inn and the Three Pines Art Gallery. Wilderness Park has terrific hiking trails and a lovely view of Lake Michigan and the Upper Peninsula.
If time permits on the way north, stop at the Pond Hill Farm for fresh veggies and a glass of their delicious wine and maybe some lunch. There are pigs, and other animals for the children to see and feed.
The fall foliage is worth the trip in itself. It is breathtaking from our deck looking onto the golf course;it is a photo opportunity. This is also a great time to drive the tunnel of trees.
Take a walk back into time visiting Horton Bay, the birthplace of Hemmingway. This little town has their very own unique 'bridge walk' on Labor day in competition to the 'big' Mackinac Bridge walk. Also, Hemingway spent a lot of time at Bayview and left the local people with many legends. Bayview also has a summer music festival featuring many well know stars including the Detroit Symphony Orchestra; don't miss their old-fashioned ice cream social in July .
Explore the extraordinary stores in Petoskey and Harbor Springs. You will love the locally grown vegetables at the farmers markets, the county fair and also Bill's Farm Market on Mitchell St. in Petoskey. He has an abundance of pumpkins and wreaths in the fall.
