Who Knew Heaven Was Across The Street From The Beach???

This newly remodeled 1 bed/1 bath condo sits on the 3rd floor overlooking Lake Padre and comes fully furnished w/ all the amenities for a 2 day or 2 month stay. Don’t worry about fumbling around looking for the door key with your hands full, just type in your personal 4 digit code and step into Heaven.

The Condo is furnished with all new stylish/ beachy furniture throughout, making you think your toes have just met the sand!!! If the colors don’t reach out and grab you then the 55’’ Smart LED/ 3D TV mounted above the rocked fireplace will do it! Need a quick break from the ride in, take a seat on either the sofa or our oversized chair and if you’re really tired open them up and make a bed (Sofa makes into a Queen Sleeper & chair makes into a Twin bed for the little ones, but still comfortable enough for dad). Netflix and DVD/Blue-ray player is included with the option of 3D (Glasses on the mantle). The mounted sound-bar and secluded subwoofer will bring the theater to you as you sit back and enjoy your favorite movie or music.

If you’re like me, bypass it all and jump right to the master bedroom sinking into the King Bed with only one thought…” We are finally on Vacation”!!!
The master has a full walk-in closet with plenty of storage and hanging space, there is also a nightstand or media chest for any additional drawer space and a 32” LED TV.

When it’s time to cook or snack, check out the updated kitchen stocked with all standard appliances, utensils, cookware and glassware. Margarita and Wine classes are stocked at the adult level for that 5 o’clock somewhere feeling w/ the blender or margarita machine of your choice. Counter top and bar have been upgraded to high end granite with bar stools to sit and enjoy your drink of choice.

Enjoy our K-Cup coffee maker/ regular coffee maker (Bring K-cups and coffee of your choice) while reading the paper at the dining table, bar or on the balcony overlooking everything from Lake Padre to your personal parking spot (right in front of stairwell), BBQ area, horseshoe pit and boat parking. If you happen to be in town for Fourth of July or New Years, you can sit and watch the Fireworks from the balcony.

The restroom is updated with high end granite and fully tiled Shower/ 20” deep Jacuzzi soaker Tub just in case you want your own privacy, along with plenty of towels for the family!
Whether you’re laying on the King bed, Sofa’s, sitting at the bar, on the balcony or just soaking in the tub you can stream the internet fast and in style w/ your own private Wi-Fi.

Just like all the amenities inside the condo are offered to our quests, so are the amenities
of Beach Club. The pool, hot tub and fitness area is open 24 hrs as long you abide by the rules and have the proper entry card. There is also a great Gazebo/lounging area near the pool and a stocked pond on site for all guests (Fishing licenses and State rules still apply).
