Please Note: VRBO is now quoting in US dollars as the default currency, email us for a proper bookable quote link. You can also go to the Rates page on VRBO and at the top right hand corner you will see a drop down that will allow you to see the rates in the currency of your choice. As we are in Canada, our rates are set in Canadian Dollars. In any case, the settlement will occur on your credit card in your currency and the exchange rate given will depend on the policies of your bank.

After booking, you will be introduced to one of the members of our wonderful concierge team, who will answer all of your questions, and working with you to arrange a time to meet and greet you at the property so they can offer a proper building and unit orientation, make sure you know how to use everything and know the best places to go.

It’s a rare and special treat when Sweeping Inner Harbour and Olympic Mountain Views meet Welcoming and Relaxing Spaciousness and Luxury in the Downtown Victoria Downtown Core.

Spectacular views are offered from every vantage point in this large corner suite, from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms, to the wall-to-wall gazing windows in the open-concept grand living area, to the amazing porcelain tiled, glass railed wrap-around balcony – the city is yours to discover! The Falls offers calming water feature pools, beautiful landscape gardens, and spectacular cascading waterfalls as part of its amazing architectural features.

Within, you will enjoy two comfortable living spaces: an open plan Living room, Dining Room and Ultra Modern Kitchen with Southwest Inner Harbour Views and Olympic Mountain Grandeur, with an electric fireplace to complete the ambiance in the colder months. Thoughtful design places the Large Screen TV with HDTV package and DVD player in the Den where the views are still wonderful, but with less glare for TV viewing. A sofa and leather chairs provides a comfortable atmosphere to take in a movie or your favorite show.

This unit is ideal for couples traveling together as Both Bedrooms are Ensuites! Two bedrooms spaced far apart from each other, two living spaces, and a half bath gives this property all of the best features you are looking for and more.

The Master bedroom holds a second TV, a King size bed, and a double sink bathroom with stall shower and separate deep soaker tub. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite.

Beautiful View

This place was gorgeous. It had a gourmet kitchen, views just about every window, a lot of room to roam around in. You could watch the sunset over the water and the beautiful reflection on other buildings from either the outdoor balcony or from inside. It was beautiful. The condo was very roomy and modern. The only downside was the noise from the street below and the sun brightly shining in our window in the morning at 6 AM. There was another bedroom that was quieter, but just as bright in the morning. All in all, it was a great place to stay in the center of Victoria with the hustle and bustle of city living.

So much light and space was perfect for our family!!

Our stay at Spacious Splendor was absolutely fabulous!!! The layout was perfect for our family of four. The sunset filled up the living room and was breathtaking! Super close to the Harbor, and the concierge service was fantastic!! The kitchen was our best friend and we slept very well! We will definitely be back!!

Such luxury and fabulouse location!

Our plan was to visit the local attractions, but staying at this beautiful condo made it difficult to leave. Every room had a view you could look out all day long! Had dinner at Pagliacci which is a little Italian eatery with great food and yummy deserts. The Empress is just a block away and so is the Inner Harbour. We went to The Bay Center, but preferred the little shops along Government Street and Johnston Street. Everything in the condo was so nicely put together and clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and cozy. Will book and stay here again next time we are in Victoria. Thanks Liz and Bruce for taking such great care of us!

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates.
The balance of rent is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
No tax on 30+ day rentals.
