Condo w/Shared Pool and View of Driving Range

Located in the exclusive Silverado Resort, this condo has been completely professionally remodeled and offers all of the amenities of home. It is an impeccably done single story end unit that looks directly down the driving range. Relax with a glass of wine on the open patio while taking in the beautiful view of the hills and the driving range.

Silverado provides a relaxing spa, a swimming pool, walking trails and great restaurants all walking distance from the condo.

The fully equipped chic kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, including a microwave drawer. The kitchen is open to the living area, which includes a flat screen television, a built in wine bar and a queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The resort offers free wifi.

The condo offers two bedroom suites that both feature king-sized beds, flat screen televisions, attached full baths with vanities open to the bedroom, 600 thread count linens and both foam and down alternative pillows. One suite has a sliding glass door leading to a private patio and the other suite leads to a patio with a view of the driving range.

Silverado Resort is conveniently located minutes away from many wineries, ten minutes to Downtown Napa and fifteen minutes to Yountville.

The condo is privately owned and is not affiliated with Silverado Resort. Many Silverado Resort activities and services are open to the public but may have fees associated with the use of their facilities. Renters do not have access to golf courses, tennis courts, room service or bocce courts. The Spa and The Grill, a full service restaurant, are open to the public. Silverado does provide reciprocal golf rates on both golf courses for members of most other private golf facilities.
