This ground floor was easy to get to. The lanai over looks the ocean and you can sit there and watch the surfers. The unit doesn't have AC but there is always a breeze. Across the street is a fabulous bakery. It is a convenient location and easy to get to anywhere.

Nice well-maintained little condo in a convenient location. My only complaint is the lack of AC. I mistakenly just assumed places would all have AC. It gets a little warm during the day, but does cool off at night as long as you sleep with the sliding door wide open. That’s what we did and did not have any issues.

Another great trip to Kauai

Excellent Location

The condo was in a perfect location to access the whole island. It also had everything we needed as well for the beach which was very helpful. Would def book here and the property manager Mark was so very nice and kept the property so nice.

Honeymoon

The view from this place was great and it was very clean. Nice amenities - beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, etc. Everything was thought of.

The pictures don't give this location justice - it was more beautiful than we could have imagined! We had a truly wonderful time here and will absolutey stay here when we return to Kauai again!

Easy location, not the quietest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: State main floor nice view of the bay however, lots of road noise and a strong sulphur smell every day we were there. Bedroom window shares the walkway for other condos and with no AC the windows are open, which makes quite a bit of noise in the bedroom and not much privacy at all.

Nice Place for Two!

This is a nice condo for two - the views great from the lanai for beautiful sunrises. There is a road behind the building but the ocean sounds drowned out street noise. We found the unit very spacious and comfortable. It does not have air conditioning but at this time of year - February - it was not needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time and would highly recommend. The location is beautiful and easy to walk to a variety of restaurants as well as the coconut market. The unit itself is well provisioned. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. The only thing that was not perfect was the wifi connectivity. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you need it, it’s not great. Also, know that the unit is NOT air conditioned. The bedroom is in the front of the unit, by the front door, so you’ll want to have the windows open to keep it cool…there’s a lot of light outside…so you may want to bring an eye mask! Overall this was a really lovely stay.

A beautiful site to watch the ocean, surfers, occasional whale sightings and feral chickens just outside our floor level lanai. We have rented several Kauai units, but this one is the best!

Ocean Veiw on the Bay

We loved being right next to the bay and enjoyed the sound of the surf. The location was so convieniant. We enjoyed going up and down the coast, exploring many state parks and reserves along the way.
